The Monash Urban Lab is a practice-based design research unit in the Department of Architecture at Monash University. The Lab combines multi-scalar design investigations with policy studies that focus on intensive, quality, holistic models for the regeneration of cities. The Retrofit exhibition involved academics Nigel Bertram, Maryam Gusheh, Catherine Murphy, Tom Morgan and Warren Taylor, and Monash Architecture students: Amanda Jap, Alexandria van Domburgh, Annabelle Low, Ashleigh Carp, Chee-Song Chuah, Cheng Lee, Cyndy Li, Edward Chan, Georgia Rose, Georgius Hindarko, John Tsitouridis, Lenore Whiteside, Olivia Basile, Scott Rowe, Sylvanna Dong and Taylar Stanton.
