Studio Tate commitment to making good design accessible for non-profit organisations or sectors that are otherwise overlooked. ‘Design the world you want’ considers how designers can collaborate to create a better and healthier future. Studio Tate is committed to working with people and organisations who are interested and invested in supporting the community’s most vulnerable people.

Alex is committed to intelligent and responsible design in projects that reflect the way we LIVE, WORK and PLAY. Her infectious energy and resourceful determination are key to how she excels at developing creative solutions to improve the quality of life through design – delivered through projects and the Studio’s ongoing commitment to pro-bono work. With more than 20 years’ experience, as Studio Tate’s Co-Director she is committed to nurturing the team of designers, guiding them to take an intelligent and collaborative approach to their work. Alex explores designing for life; with an emphasis on relationships with clients, colleagues and consultants and a belief in social sustainability and timeless design that creates a positive impact on how people and communities LIVE, WORK and PLAY.
Ben is an experienced CEO and Board Director with a genuine passion for breaking the cycle of disadvantage and creating equal access to social and economic participation for all people. Ben seeks to add value through strategy, good governance, and modern leadership, is a social entrepreneur and recently graduated from the Executive Education in Social Entrepreneurship Program at Stanford University (USA).He is currently the proud Chief Executive of Youth Projects and has been leading them on an incredible journey over the last 4 years. Ben was also recognised in the Top 5 CEO’s of 2021 by Third Sector, and by Pro Bono Australia as Innovator of the Year and one of the Top 25 most influential and inspiring people in the social economy in 2020.
