Calum Hurley

Calum Hurley is an Adelaide based furniture and object designer and curator. With a background in Interior Architecture and as a recent graduate of JamFactory’s esteemed Associate Training Program as part of the Furniture Studio, Hurley designs and produces objects for the home as well as a diverse range of exhibition works. Frequently utilising casting material Jesmonite, Hurley combines this malleable material with Australian and American timbers, glass and outsourced steel and upholstered components. The curatorial side of Hurley’s practice focuses on bringing community together and creating opportunities for fellow emerging artists and designers.
