Treetribe: design-a-treehouse for 2030 and design the world you want.

The Treetribe 2030 project is a weeklong afterschool design workshop for PrimarySchools, that sparks students creativity & curiosity for STEM .. from a treehousedesigner’s perspective! Delivered through an environmental & artistic lens, it’s like MakerSpace‘STEM’ meets its outdoor/artsy/design cousin, e*STEAM!

With a design-thinking framework, this week-long immersive interweaves creative thinking .. with hands-on ‘high & Lo-TEK*’ tinkering. Deep connections across disciplines, cultures, & generations are made, whilst fostering students own connection to their local environment. Inspiration is drawn from the great Science/Art designers of our ancient past .. and contrasted with the work of a range of current day ‘e*STEAMed’ innovators.
