A series of tours around the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Research Group’s new labs – the UX (User Experience) and IxT (Interactive Technologies) Laboratories, showcasing how novel interactions are designed and developed in the IxT Lab and consequently tested in the UX Lab via participant studies. More info on the labs here. There will also be demonstrations in the labs that shows the types of projects currently being worked on by HCI researchers. These projects revolve around Virtual and Augmented Reality, the Internet of Things, Digital Health, AI and others.
